1. Services & Results

All services provided by North Shore Pressure & Soft Wash, including pressure washing, soft washing, stain removal, and chemical treatments, are performed on a best-effort basis. Results are not guaranteed. Some stains, discolouration, or organic growth may not fully remove, may return over time, or may improve gradually after treatment due to environmental conditions.

2. Pre-Existing Conditions & Surface Integrity

Cleaning may expose pre-existing damage, including but not limited to flaking or failing paint, cracked or loose render, deteriorated mortar or sealants, faded finishes, corrosion, rust, or structural weaknesses. North Shore Pressure & Soft Wash is not responsible for damage resulting from age, wear, weather exposure, poor installation, unsuitable materials, non-waterproof or unsealed surfaces, hidden defects, or prior treatments.

3. Paints, Coatings & Finishes

North Shore Pressure & Soft Wash cannot determine the type or condition of paints or coatings prior to cleaning. Organic, mineral, limewash, breathable, or specialty paints and coatings may react unpredictably to cleaning solutions designed to remove organic growth. North Shore Pressure & Soft Wash accepts no responsibility for changes in appearance, colour, texture, or finish where such coatings are present.

4. Electrical Fixtures & Water Ingress

North Shore Pressure & Soft Wash is not liable for damage to electrical fittings, lights, cameras, sensors, solar components, or fixtures that are not correctly sealed, waterproof, or rated for exterior use. North Shore Pressure & Soft Wash is also not responsible for water ingress through windows, doors, flashings, vents, weep holes, or other building openings.

5. Overspray, Runoff & Surroundings

While reasonable care is taken, North Shore Pressure & Soft Wash is not liable for overspray, runoff, or effects on surrounding surfaces, landscaping, vegetation, or neighbouring properties where adequate protection, sealing, or drainage is not present.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide safe and unrestricted access to all work areas and supply water and power where required. The client is responsible for securing pets and removing or protecting fragile, movable, or sensitive items prior to commencement of services.

7. Real Estate, Strata & Third-Party Bookings

For real estate, strata, or third-party bookings, the booking party confirms they have full authority to approve the work and remains responsible for full payment, regardless of ownership, occupancy, or third-party arrangements.

8. Weather & Scheduling

North Shore Pressure & Soft Wash reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances that may compromise service quality or results.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur administration, recovery, or collection fees where applicable.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit or call-out fee.

11. Photos, Videos & Marketing

North Shore Pressure & Soft Wash may take before-and-after photos or videos for quality assurance, record-keeping, training, and marketing purposes unless the client advises otherwise in writing prior to service.

12. Complaints & Rectification

Any concerns or issues must be reported within 48 hours of service completion to allow reasonable inspection or rectification. Claims made outside this period may not be accepted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all services provided by North Shore Pressure & Soft Wash are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By requesting a quote or booking a service with North Shore Pressure & Soft Wash, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
